Question Posted Monday September 11 2006, 10:36 pm
I have moments in my life where I'm very suicidal. I've tried it twice before and my friends stopped me.
Right now I don't seem to have friends. I just went into high school and now we're all scattered and no one cares about me. My parents don't know any of this and I'm not planning to tell them.
But yea, I have constant back aches and I'm always tired. I can't concentrate on anything. I feel worthless and empty inside. I don't wanna feel this way and I wanna be happy but I just seem to push happiness away involuntarily!

If they've stopped you then they must really care about you. Life is precious, don't waste it. The best years of your life are yet to come. Highschool is da bomb and college is even better!
If you need to find a way to relieve stress, pain, anger, etc, try doing sports or some form of art. It doesn't sound like much, but trust me it REALLY helps. Why would you want to beat on yourself when you can beat the crap outa someone else in sports? If you already play one, then pick up another because no one is very good at any school sports when they first join highschool teams. Art has been proven to relieve stress and even make you smarter. I don't know if I'm a very example of the "smarter" part, but I do know that it helps me relieve A LOT of stress. Try ceramics; I like punching the clay, it helps me relieve anger.
