hey iam 17 and iam a female and I don't even have my learners licens yet I asked my mom when she was going to teach me and she said never why won't my mom teach me and how can I get my licens when she's being hard to get along with thankyou.

It depends what state you live in, but in most states, if you are 18 you can get your drivers license immediately. You dont have to get your permit first, and you won't need your moms permission. I know you still have to wait a while, but the time will come.

She is probably worried about all the accidents. It might be because when you get a car you have to pay insurence and she can't afford it espically with the gas prices.
Try to write her a note. If she won't teach you I'm sure theres somebody else in your family that will.

well, havent you gotten your permit yet? usually you take a drivers ed class in school and receive your permit upon completing the class. get back to me on that one.
