task bar and start menu

when i minimize programs they do not show up on the task bar how do i get them to show?

The task bar or the programs or what? What programs? If it's AIM, YIM, or some sort of messenger, got to preference, buddy list, and uncheck the box that says "Hide when I minimize" or something like that

If it's the taskbar, go to Control Panel, Taskbar/Start Menu, and look around and you should find a button that says hide taskbar

Hon, you've got to enter more details or we can't really help you out. And then a lot of people get pissed when we get 1's for not answering the question..which wasn't very clearly or well stated
