The difference is the maturity level. The older you get the more serious things can get. There's more peer pressure, drugs, sex, etc. A 16-18 year old can take care of themselves better than at 13 year old [most of the time]. At 13 years old you aren't gonna be able to take your date out some where great and expensive or drive around etc. At 13 you shouldn't even try to date, it'll only start problems sooner. Boys at 13 aren't very experienced with alot of things [that have to do with dating atleast]. Just live life and don't worry about boys. Trust me it's not that great, and when the time comes, at times you'll probably wish it didn't!

The difference between dating at 13 and when your 16+ is when your 13 1. It's not serious, the guy probably goes out with you because he thinks your hott. 2. Your still a miner and you can't drive anywhere so your parents have to drive you where you want to go. 3. The places you go with a boy are just regular spots liek the movies or bowling. and when your 16+ the relationship is more intamint and your able to be with eachother alot more because mot likely one of you can drive. Teenage love isn't too big of a deal so don't stress about having a boyfriend at 13 because it's probbaly just Lust not Love. sorry
Hope this helped

This might no be what you want to hear but Im going to be honest with you.The purpose of Dateing is to get married one day. Dating at such a young age can cause you to make decisions that you could regret one day. Ive seen a lot of girls get hurt dating young and when they are older they are bitter and it becomes really hard to trust a guy or believe that a guy could love you. I really think a good time to start dating would be at 18. Thats what I did and I found the love of my life and am now engaged to be married.
I hope I helped
