A t-shirt and shorts. So i need advice on how to control them!

Try bringing things that won't make them want to run and be hyper but instead spend time with you.
Try doing something that they know you will only do with you and their parents won't do with them
Try to keep breakable things out of sight and maybe in a room that's off limits for them. Ahead of time tell them thast you have a fun night for them ahead. Girls usually like glitter and stickers Boys usually like trucks and action figures. Hope it helps .. [ lxlaznshortylxl's advice column | Ask lxlaznshortylxl A Question ]

If the kids have so much energy, direct it towards some kind of activity that doesn't involve destroying things. Give them something that will occupy their attention and let them have fun. For example: try playing some games with them or telling them a good story. Kids will always stop and listen to a good storyteller. I'm sure you can come up with a few better ideas. Good luck!
