Not your usual "does he like me?" scenario
OK, we have heard a lot of questions about how you can tell if a guy likes you. Well, sorry, this one is in that catagory, but, a little different. I was wondering if anyone knows how to tell if a friends' man likes you or even your guys friend? It's a little more iffy, because they have to be more discreet. They can't just blatanly "flirt" like you would if you wanted to hook up. I am getting stared at, joked with & the occassional "touch" on the arm & things like that. No lectures please, just the straight answer if you know. Thanks.

He could just be a flirt, or thinks he is safe to flirt with you, because you are just a friend. However, he may be like most guys and find 88% of the female race attractive enough to see if he can score. Good luck getting out of this one. I'd ignore it and find one of the other millions of guys out there that is not going to break your friend's heart and friendship.

Well, I'm a gal whose just broken up with her boyfriend 'cos he (IMO) was flirting with my best friend, so I think I'm eminently qualified to answer this question!
I first thought Matt might have feelings for Alice when they started joking/laughing together *all* the time...there were some playful slaps/punches to the shoulder...some tickling...Alice would touch Matt's face and stroke his arm occasionally - fiddle with his jacket etc. Matt would do things like pull her woolen hat down over the back of her head for her....is any of this stuff sounding familliar?;)
I ended up asking if he liked her, he said, 'Yep!', so if your friends' man is doing that kinda stuff with you then I'd say he likes you! Hope that helps - send me another message if you want:)xx
