Well, for starters, a guy like that isn't worth your time but if you must persist in knowing here are some techniques to get his attention:
1. when he looks your way, give him a bright smile and look at his eyes but don't drop your gaze
2. if you talk to him, give him compliments like you have pretty eyes, this guy I know says it to me all the time but I have a bf and he has a gf so that aint gonna work out to well.
3. If you don't understand something, ask him for help, if he doesn't know, just say something like god this class sucks.
4. Ask him what hes doing this weekend and ask him if he wants to hang out.
