eyeliner
i have tried every eyeliner from waterproof to smudgeproof but it all comes off! what really works?

It depends on why it's coming off. Do you rub your eyes? Do they water from allergies? Are your eyelids really oily?
I like liquid or cream eyeliners because they set themselves. Unfortunately you are going to have a hard time finding something that sticks if you rub your eyes all day or if they tear a lot from allergies.
If you have oily eyelids try using an eyeshadow primer in a nude color before lining. Line your eyes and then with an eyelining brush set the liner with eyeshadow in the same color as the liner.

i know alot fo people telly ou you not to use liquid eyeliner. but it really works and doesnt smudge or come off till you take it off.
I use loreal Paris.
