Just make sure while you are going through this process you realize that although it hurts right now it will not hurt forever. Remember, you can't hold onto something that does not want to be held, so let her go so you can love again. [ Tushae's advice column | Ask Tushae A Question ]

She most likely is going through the same thing. Hang out with your friends to get the thought of her out of your mind. Or, pick up a hobby. Hope I helped!

If she just broke up with you with no explanation, then she's just pathetic. For now, just go out with your friends, have fun, and meet new people. Do anything that will take your mind of her. I know it might be hard at times but it's for the best and don't blame yourself. You won't get over her in a day or week or even a month but that's okay. Just don't rush anything. It will take time.
