It has only been a couple of days, you are allowed to feel sad and hurt for awhile. Allow yourself to mourn a liitle bit because it is a loss. Just make sure while you are going through this process you realize that although it hurts right now it will not hurt forever. Remember, you can't hold onto something that does not want to be held, so let her go so you can love again.

Watch Citizen Kane. Before the end of the movie, make sure you have eaten 18 oreos, 9 whole and 9 just the filling. Dispose of the 9 'shells' in your neighbors pool during the end credits.

Works every time.

Just be patient. It might take a while to actually get over her, since you two were together for so long and you loved her very much. She most likely is going through the same thing. Hang out with your friends to get the thought of her out of your mind. Or, pick up a hobby. Hope I helped!

Getting over someone takes time and don't try to rush it because it will only make you feel worse. Did you even ask her why she broke up with you? If she just broke up with you with no explanation, then she's just pathetic. For now, just go out with your friends, have fun, and meet new people. Do anything that will take your mind of her. I know it might be hard at times but it's for the best and don't blame yourself. You won't get over her in a day or week or even a month but that's okay. Just don't rush anything. It will take time.
