so im a 15/m and im goin into sophmore year and i havent made out with a girl yet ive gotten close so many times but someone has always come over that she's friends with and messed everything up and ive tried other times and just kind of avoided it what should i do to get over the fear of doing it once so its not a big deal anymore?

dont be embarrassed if your friends make fun of you. have any of them stayed with the girl they first made out with? probably not. its not a big deal. if it bothers you that much, just stop looking to get kissed. it will happen at exactly the right time. it will be really special compared to theirs. if you want to hook up, have a party with some friends and girls that you would want. play spin the bottle. if they say its a little kid game, tell them "thats why its fun!" but dont seem to eager. believe in urself. when ur kissing or about to do it, dont start thinking "what if im a bad kisser? what if i do it wrong?" theres no wrong way to kiss. just follow ur instinct and do what feels right. hope this helps1 ♥ arlyn

Basically the only way you are going to get over any fear of it is by just doing it. I know it is easier to say then do, but next time just lean in and give her a kiss. Don't be ashamed that you are going into your sophomore year with out kissing a girl yet. I had friends that never kissed a girl until they were seniors. It is all about the timing and the mood.
