im 14 hes 15 (im a girl) and he splashes me when im not swmiming, and when i called him to invite im to a flashlight tag party he kept trying to talk to me and stuff then he said happy birthday to me and my birthday was 2 months ago. He also asked me if i was going to a back to school thing and i guess he wanted to see me or something. he also is kina looking at me alot, i barley see him but when i do he looks at me alot and always talks to me but not out of his way i dont think. anyway does this mean he likes me i dont really like him like that but mabe i would if ya know...

Been There Sounds Like he does Why dont you admit to him that you like him then he might tell you that he likes you aswell because it sopunds like he does and im sure a guy wouldnt say happy birthday to a girl just like that because he should know whos borthday it is because of the peron that invited him so i think he does adn i guy dosnt alwayz loOk at you lolz
