I like this boy. But I dont think he likes me back. I know this on girl, who likes him and she's really pretty and honestly I think she'll go out with him. But she does like this other boy way more. How can I get this said boy to start liking me? I mean, were friends its just.. I dont know if he'd like me.

Well tal kto him way more, and don't change yourself for a guy. Then ask him if he wants to go to the movies as friends or hang out. If that works out then do it again but clarify that this time its a date. See what happens after that.
