For starters, i would like to clarify a point for you. You can't run after love, and you can't force it to be or to exist. Love comes when you least expect it, it comes by itself , you dont go for it.
And what i meant by this ,is that you can't go to the boy and tell him that you love him, just like that, because you could never predict his reaction.so you have to act cool and natural and let things fall to place by itself.
So first of all, you have to go up to that guy, and start a normal conversation about whatever topic comes to your mind. And day by day, you keep talking to him, and then maybe suggest that you and him could hangout together somewhere if he's free. And just treat him as a freind or a person that your getting to know. And if he gives you the reaction that he is enjoying this and that he wants to be with you, and if he agrees to hang out with you , then he does like you, and after sometime, he would ask you out and tell you that he likes you. But if he just acts in this awkward way, and if he appears to you like he's not comfortable with the situation, then i guess he doesn't really like you the way you want him to , and this relationship was not meant to be.
Try to consider what i said, and make the first move, and know for yourself if he likes you or not. Goodluck and have a nice day:)
