ive had my period 5-6 years now and its still really irregular. also im pretty lazy basically im a couch potato haha but whenever im on my period i always have like urges to work out. is that normal/common?

Nothing's normal during the menstural times, hon! I know what you mean, though, I have odd urges to rearange my room, or clean it when mine rolls around. I wouldn't worry about anything weird you do personaly during your period unless it was actually causing you harm.
