Weight

Question Posted Friday September 1 2006, 7:31 pm

Hi, I'm 5' 6" and weight 122.5lbs. I still have some extra belly and thighs and calves and I want to get rid of them. I've lost almost 5lbs in two weeks and I still want to lose more. Is this healthy?

Yup, thats healthy in 2 weeks the average is like 6-7 so you're doing very good. You can keep losing weight but I think you only need to lose like 3 more pounds not much at all. Make sure you don't over do it.

Well, the healthiest amount of weight you can lose in a week is 2-3 pounds, so two weeks would be 4-6, so you're right in the middle. As long as you're doing it healthily, you should be fine. Wow, 5lbs. I've been trying to lose some weight too, and nothings happening with me, haha so good job :P. Anyways. I hope I helped.
