OK...SCROLL DOWN....I'VE GIVEN YOU MORE ADVICE OK......

hey...you have an addiction for what exactly?

how serious is this addiction, is it a mild addiction, like a few cravings for it here and there, or is it relly serious, maybe so serious you can do nithing BUT think about this adiction?

have you told anybody about this addiction?
if not, i think you should tell someone who's very close to you, for example :a best friend/boyfriend/parent/close relative- to see what they have to say...because if they really care for you, they'll understand and do their best to help you :)

in the meantime, i know its hard to do and easier said than done, but try not to focus on this addiction. an addiction is like a craving, i once read that a craving lasts up to 15 mins, sometimes a little longer, and all you have to do is think "this will be over soon", and do something to take your mind off it until it stops, like watching tv, listening to music, or reading a magazine...

i hope this has helped you, this is the best i could come up with...as i dont KNOW what the addiction is...if you want to confide in me by telling me what your addiction IS, thats cool, and im here for you 100%, if not and you'd rather keep it to yourself, or tell someone else about it....thats fine as well :)

youve taken the first step by seeking for help, if you keep this up, with some hope, and self motovation, youre addiction will no longer be a problem!

good luck, hope all goes well...message me if you have any more problems!!
take care

ok, thats really unncanny....i watched a film last night about a guy who had a sex addiction, based on a true story...and he got over it in the end! anyway...back to you...

do not worry about this...we all watch porn, maybe for our own enjoyment,or amusement or because we have sex on our minds at the time, and by watching it it gets it out of our system. if you read it (like in magazines), its just a way of seeijng how sex is seen nationally, what people do and dont like sexualy and if tips work or not...and plus, its like a sex tip lesson which may come in handy one day!! hehehe
you arent abnormal, i can say that most of my friends, boys and girls watch porn. it is a way of expressing sexuality, if your sraight, gay or bi, we find it arousing in some form. and if someone tells you they dont like porn( it doeesnt have to be hardcore porn)...they are most probably lying (just for your info!!)

watching porn is healthy, and we may watch it as it helps us to be sexually imaginative....people dont get their sexual fantasies from just thinking about them, they've either seen it happen, read about it, or heard about it.
can i ask you a question, how is the subject of sex seen upon in your home? is it a subject which stays quiet, or are your parents/guardians quite happy to discuss it with you? because depending on how sex is seen in your home, that may be the reason why you feel this way. dont beat yourself up about it, youre curious, and at the end of the day, we all have sex (or have had or will have) in some form...its natural...and its natural to think about it, and porn only helps you to undestand different sexual situations, and answer your questions, and fulfil your curiosity.
you may watch porn a fair amount, its not a bad thing. However, if you feel you watch it too much, try to watch something different. so if you have the urge to watch it, try to cut down by watching a film, which may have referenes to it, so you wont feel fustrated that you cant see it at all, and then next time, watch a film with a little less references in it, and keep trying to vary what you watch so it wont seem as neccesary to watch it as much. im not saying STOP WATCHING PORN!! cuz that would be like going cold turkey...just try to cut down the amount of time you watch it.

..ok...maybe going to your parents or guardians about this isnt such a good idea at this point...but i would suggest telling someone, like a real close friend. just ask them what they think of porn, and if they watch it..(maybe just say to get it out of them "do you watch it for a laugh?") i can guarabntee that they have watched it a couple of times in their lifetime!!

Do you have a boyfriend? because, watching porn is a way of seeing what we would like to do sexually, or what we would like done to us , or what we would like to do to to others. and if you do have a boyfriend, maybe you watch it because you dont feel its "spicy" enough...i dunno...maybe im going too far but have a think to why you may watch it.
i dont think you have an addiction...maybe just a curiosity :)

I think you should do what you think is best, whether you tell someone or not, and if you ask someone to help you get through it , or if you want to do this on your own, either way im here for you if you need help ok?

good luck, try what i said if you want to ok?
hope all goes well, tell me how things go.
take care,
alex (dia)
