well concidering i dont know who you are.. i can not answer this question.

advicenators is a place for people to come for advice, not to find out if they are losing a friend.

now if you'd like advice on how not to lose a friend.. i can help you with that.

talk to the person you think you're losing online.. not face to face, cause some one might get to shy and not say what they really mean.

if you make plans with them, dont ditch them.

be careful of not making two plans

remember that your old friends are just as important as your new ones, if not more important

make sure you dont make everything about yourself

remember that everyone is not as bright, smart, and friendly as you.

we all dont have the same talents

if you need anymore help, feel free to ask.
