Me and my gf had sex for the first time recentlly, she said she had an amazing time and moaned and groaned and almost screamed( she had to hold back cause there were other ppl in the house) we went for about 30 min. and then we had to stop cause someone was comin. is this good for the first time. im a bit self consious

Your girlfriend said she enjoyed it and you have to trust her. Most people's first times aren't great because it's often rushed and uncomfortable, but if you both had a good time then that's fantastic. Also, 30 minutes is very good for someone your age and even some grown men.
