i need to think of three leaders that are or were effective.
please help me, because i can only come up with hitler, because even though he was effective, he was a bad man..

How about looking into to presidents who did great things or stopped things.

Or maybe you could look into your history book and choose someone like Joan Of Arc or someone like that.
