rippped jeans

ugh i have like ripped jeans issues like i want them so bad but im too petite to fit into hollisters or ae's and all my jeans are like stretchy so if i cut it its not the right rips if you knwo what i mean so can someone like really describe and teach me how to rip my jeans and i dont mean like rips here and there i mean like holes. heres a picture of the kind i want

since the holes in those jeans are pretty big, i'd suggest using sand paper or a cheese grater. here's a few websites-
