i weigh 100 lbd and im 4'9.5 but my twin sister is 70 lbs but have an inch shorter than me i am very unhappy with my weight and i cant seem to keep a diet what should i do?!?!?
Okay, for starters your not overweight and your BMI (body mass index) is 21.3. And thats a healthy BMI.(you can go to seventeen.com and look under the Health tab && click on BMI, to check it out for yourself.)
But, if your not happy with your body and feel your fat you can always tone it && watch what you eat. I think thats easier then dieting because you can eat what you want but in moderation.
So for toning you can do pilates or kickboxing, basically go to target or somewhere, and pick something out you would like to do && do it about three times a week (depending on the results you want) and in a month you will see results.
But toning also might make you gain wieght, because your building musle but you be more healthy && and feel better.
And for the watching what you eat, you need to keep an eye on your calories, && dont skip ANY meals. When skip meals you slow down your metablism. Try to keep your calories under 1,500-2,000. Example: about 500 for every meal, and 200 for snacks.
For your the thing about your sister, dont worry about it. Every one is different.
