actually, i was watching the re-run of the first season, and she was in it. i think she was one of the guys girlfriends, and plus, friends with kristin. on season 2, of course, she was a senior and she was kristins friend, and on season 3 her and cameron are friends [possibly more from the way she talks of him] and so she's linked to him and there's the whole kendra/jessica drama happening because of cameron because jessica thinks kendra's jealous whenever cameron gives her no attention. but anyways, i assume jessica either is going to a college or something nearby, or didn't go at all so she's there to hang around. because kristins other friend Alex has shown up a few times too talking to jessica. i hope i helped. <3

In the first season she was Dieters GF and in the 2nd she was a senior.. She in the third season cause she knows every one and friends with allot of people in the 3rd season cause she is suposse to be a senior cause she skipped a grade but also cause of Cameron she likes him and Kyndra like him they need drama

she is actually in all three seasons.
in season one she was on the show because she was dieter's girlfriend. & season two she was a main character, senior, etc. and season three she's on because she's linked to cameron; and all of that drama. without her in the show this season there'd be no tension with kyndra and cameron and herself.
it's sort of like why stephen and lauren were in season two after their turn at being seniors were done.
