i didnt know what category to put this in but anyway..

i want to change the format of my screen name and it wont let me. whenever i try it says "UNKNOWN ERROR. Please try again later." i dont know why it wont let me change it.

Depending on what version of AIM you are currently using, it may vary slighty. But here you go: When you are signed on to AIM, at the top of your buddy list click on the option that says "My AIM", drag down to "Edit Options" and then "Format Screenname". That should do it for you. :)

im not sure but if your sn's 16 characters long they wont let you.
