Okay, so I like this kid and he likes me too. I was supposed to hang out with him last weekend, and he told my friend he was going to ask me out, but I couldn't go over. We have been liking each other for like 2 or 3 months, but during that time, he had a girlfriend even though he said he still liked me. Then, when he broke up with her, he started calling me everynight, like he used to, and then whatever. So now I really like him and everything, but I think he's too old. I'm a freshman and he's a senior. But he's not 18. He's 17.. and I'm 14. Some of my friends say it's okay, but others say that he's too old and he just wants a "bang and boot" lol. But I'm thinking that if I don't go out with him, I am going to regret it, and if I do go out with him, he's just going to use me or something stupid like that. So I don't know what to do if he asks me out. I have been thinking so hard about this, and it's killing me. So please help. lol I am so confused it's not even funny. Thanks a ton. <3

I've seen cases like these many times before.
Get to know him well enough to the point that you have trust in him and you believe in him.
So give that some time, and age doesnt matter , as i always say ,just assure hes not going to use you and if he gives any signs like hes going to use you,[ for example : when we go out , can we have sex? ] then deffienetly leave him out of your mind becuase he doesnt sound so good, but if hes a sweet guy then go for it! But just remember , time is everything .
