My one friend is sometimes like really fun, but sometimes she's a bit of a downer on everyone. She like will make things uncomfortable or not as fun and it's not as fun hanging when she's there. What shoudl I do?

try and bust her confidence, something might eb going on in her life and she can`t always be happy. Hang out with her more and get to know her, shes probably affraid to be who she is.

uhh. you could try talking to her, and ask her to stop or just see whats wrong with her. if she doesnt just get rid of her, you can make plenty of friends to replace her.

Like.. have you ever thought that she might be shy or uncomftrable by some people that you guys are hanging out with. Instead of saying she's not fun and such, talk to her and find out what's going on and why she's like that. If she is making you have a bad time, do both you and her a favor and don't hang out because you're being unfair.
