i dont know what to do with this boy!
this boy and i have been hanging out this summer and we've gone as far as holding hands and stuff. he seems shy and hasnt told me he likes me yet, but my friends think its obvious because of how sweet he is to me. i dont know how to make the first move, and i just dont know what to do. i like him, but he hasnt told me he likes me back.

Why don't you go to the mall, playground, movies or somewhere public with a few of his friends and your friends.
Spend some alone time with him and tell him that you like him or just give him a peck on the cheek without notice and see what he does.
It's obvious he likes you but is too shy to tell so if he won't make the move on you, YOU make the move on him. Ask him out =D

Well i think your friends are right, if he's being sweet and holding your hand then he probably does like you, its probably just that he's shy. Just go for it, tell him you like him. you've got nothing to loose by telling him and if you don't you'll never know if he likes you back because it sound like he's too shy to tell you first.
