ok well ihave that "flab" under the arm and iwas wondering if anybody knew good quick workouts that would help me get rid of that. please help me.

weights work wonders! start with something light, like a 5 pound weight. you should hold in in your right hand and then put your arm behind your right shoulder (kinda like if you had an itch on your back right behind your right shoulder). then just lift the weight up to about where your shoulder is and then back down again. do this maybe 25 times with your right arm and then 25 times with your left arm. after about a week or so move up to a heavier weight, or if that is too heavy, then just increase the number of reps you do (like instead of 25 go for 50)

you could lift weights. start with a little weight and move up to something heiver. or you could do push ups too. that should help.
