Audition

Question Posted Monday August 21 2006, 6:22 pm

For an audition I'm singing a song called "Shy" from Once Upon a Mattress. If you are familiar with the song can I please have some pointers or cute movements that are fitting? Thanks! 15/F

Okay well im not familiar with the song but just be yourself. Dont just stand there with your hands to your sides playing with your clothes...it happenes naturally just make sure your not doing it. It might be hard but you can pratcice this in front of your friends so your not so nervous. it helps my science teacher made me sing in front of the whole class cuz i had an audition later that day and it made me 10 times less nervous than i already was. Dont move around too much like walking around...no...also dont make it look choergraphed. just do whatever youd like. its good you want to be able to move around because then it shows your more comftorable. Good luck and remember to be yourself!!! xoxo
