There's the not so original one called Ding Dong Ditch. But that's boring. Cow tipping is fun...but not too nice to the cows =/
Making up stupid sn or emails and blah blah and contacting one of your friends saying that you're a secret admirer is fun like woah =D but then I am a girl so it might be boring if you're a guy...
Um...you can always put green food coloring in someones food while they're not there. That's always weird..and somewhat funny...
And the water balloon thing, not so original but switch the balloon with a ziploc bag (sandwhich size) it holds up better than a balloon, doesn't rip when you fill it with water, and the big opening allows you to fill it up with anything you want...like ketchup, coke, etc.
