Flirting is basically a way of showing someone you are interested. For some people, it comes to them instinctual. You will know if its working if the girl smiles or something like that. really all flirting is is giving special attention to the one you like. somtimes flirting is diefined as poking or tikleing or being cutesy wutesy with each other. i wouldn't really reccommend it. some girls find it enoyying. and somtimes it can be a real turnoff. normally you can tell if it's working if she does somthing positive back or dosn't freak out when you do it.
normally if a girl is flirting with you you'll know but if you don't it's when they complement you or are really nice to you or just do stuff to get your attention. the best thing to do is to do somthing back and see how it go's
