sysprotect/winfixer

ugh i have that sysprotect/winfixier virus and i cannot seem to get rid of it! i've been trying for like ever...
does anyone know how to get rid of it??
virus scan doesn't work it detects it but like doesn't do anything (norton antivirus)
so if anyone has any suggestions please let me know i really want to get rid of this
preferably without rebuilding
