Left Muscle, Right Muscle

Question Posted Wednesday August 16 2006, 10:50 pm

Have you ever experienced one arm muscle is larger than the other...like about twice as large...kinda...
Anyways, my right arm (strongest arm and my writing arm) is bigger than my left arm. I flex, and you can totally see the difference. I wear t-shirts, and I stretch my arm and you can feel some muscle, other than my left. Is this because I just hold things and stuff with my right, so it's stronger? Should I even them out by doing weights only with my left arm?

-Any information can help

i tried searching this up, but i came up with nothing. Do you think it could be genetics? In your past, have you done any weight-lifting with only your right arm? that could be true. I would just say work out with your left arm. try doing push-ups with only your left hand. or just lift weights with your left arm.

I hope I helped!
