Birthday Party

Question Posted Tuesday August 15 2006, 10:52 am

K..so my friend of about 3 years is having a birthday party. I'm looking forward to her party, but the only problem is she invited 3 other girls to go out to eat/spend the night that I really don't like. I wanna have fun because I know the little party means a lot to my friend. Does anyone know of ANYTHING we can all do so we can all have fun. We're gonna have the house to ourselves tomorrow. Anyone have any ideas? 13/f
Thanks.

Well, you can do anything you want and have fun. You just have to rough it out. I've been in situations like this before. But you got to think: it's your friends birthday. Her day. So she'll probably want everyone to have a blast, and be drama-free and just have a good time and remember it as a good thing. Something I did at my birthday party [ because some people didn't know others ] is I brought out my school yearbook and we just flipped through it and talked about the kids at school and the classes and teachers and its a good icebreaker cause we all [obviously] went there and could tell lots of stories and felt the same way about the teachers. So just stick it out for a day. And I'm sure they'll be on their best behavior too for your friend. I hope I helped. <3

Surprise them.
Go in with a smile, treat them like one of your good friends. They'll see you being nice, and hopefully they'll be nice back.

I've been in this sitch before.
Just have fun, remember its your friends special day. Try not to let stupid drama get in the way. If they start being mean, simply shoot it down. Tell them your not up for ruining the night.

Have a fun time :)

hi Im Thamara i think that you should try and get along...dont make mean comments just pretend as if they are one of your friends...forget that you dont like them and get along with them....do it for your friend...and maybe it could stay like that and you guys could be actual friends...and if you try doing that and theyre not playing along try talking to them...Have Fun!!!!!!!!:)
