MelLeDisko answered Monday August 14 2006, 11:08 pm: Well, I'm going into 10th grade this year too and i'll be going up to the highschool too and I'm kind of worried too because all my friends have classes together basically and I have classes with like, 2 of my friends and I didn't keep in touch with all my friends either. But what I decided to just do is even though there's going to be old people with friends, that doesn't mean you can't become friends with all of them too. And also, just because you didn't keep in touch with your friends during hte summer doesn't mean you can't IM them or message them now and try and talk before school starts up. Or if you don't talk to them before school starts, just if you see them in school be like,"Hey! How have you been? How was your summer? Sorry I didn't keep in touch, I would've, but I was on vacation most of the summer." Or something like that. That's sort of the good thing about highschool, is there's a whole new group of friends you can make and you can have your old ones too! I hope I helped! <3 [ MelLeDisko's advice column | Ask MelLeDisko A Question ]
