I just got a new cell phone, However I just got texting on my phone, and my parents won't let me go on apps or whatever its called to get ringtones, so on the internet is there anywhere i can ringtones texted to me.

I want ringtones, I just want to get them on my phone without going on the internet or whatever its called on my cell phone.

If your phone has blue tooth... u can blue tooth ringtones from ur friends phone to urs...

it depends on your cell phone carrier.. [i have t-mobile] you can go on your carrier's website from a regular computer and download ringtones from there. you can also try:
www.zingy.com
www.jamster.com
www.flycell.com
www.unlimitedringtones.com
