I am tried to log in to my neopets account today and I know that the username/pass are right, but it keeps asking my to enter my pass and birthdate no matter how many times I do it. Does anyone know why this is or how to fix it. Its very frustrating. I do not want to create a new account. Thanks so much.

Two things could be happening: You may have a firewall to block you from certain websites that ask you to enter in information. Another would be your cookies are disabled, and when that's the case the information you put in does not come through because it's disabled from sending information.
And it is fixable: Just go to your internet options, and there is a choice to enable cookies or disable them, and also asks you how protected you want your internet from cookies. If it's the firewall, you may need an adult or who ever is the master of the firewall program to unblock the website for you.
If it's none of the above, try fixing your other browser settings, or contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider) because it may have something to do with your ISP as well
P.S. - As a quick tip the same thing happened to me on a website that asked for screename/password and it was because of cookies being disabled so that is probably the problem.
