eyeliner?!?

how do you apply eyeliner on the bottom lid? not above the eyelashes, under them. whenever i do it, it looks weird lol. thanks!

1) Hold/rub the eyeliner in your hands for a minute to warm it up a bit, so it'll go on smoother.
2) Draw a line right under your eyelashes.
(Don't worry if it's thick)
3) Wet a Q-Tip, and put a tiny bit of soap, yes it can be like hand soap. Then run that along the bottom to take away the thickness and darkness.

This should leave you with a light, clean, line :)

i've found that it helps to just use map colors. it's less expensive, too. hope i helped :)
