this guy will stare but not talk

i'm 14/f
there is a guy i like that likes me but i'm too shy to say anything and he is too.(he also doesn't know that i like him) i really want to say something but i don't know what.
what do think i should do?

if you really like this guy then i would not exactly tell him, but give hints. if he has a screen name to talk to him on there, or at school. if he gives hints he likes you back, go for it. good luck :]
