First of all make sure at breakfast that you eat a protein and that you "eat like a king" in other words this should be your biggest meal of the day because it gives you the most time to burn the meal off.
Eat a mid morning snack of fruit or granola.
For lunch "eat like a queen" try and eat very low carb which would mean cut out all noodles, breads ect. Also low sugars.
Eat a healthy snack mid afternoon of veggies or yogurt or granola or fruit.
For dinner "eat like a pauper" the smallest meal of the day. Again low carb/fat.
Also try to not eat after 5:30 or so and only drink water.
Doing 200 crunches is a wee bit excessive! Try and build up to 100-150 but start slower or you won't be able to move after doing all that exercise. 30 minutes of cardio 5 times a week is the recommended exercise.

the fastest ways to lose wieght isn't all that healthy
you need to work on it slowly
eat a healthy breakfast (like what you listed) eat a small healthy snack b/w breakfast and lunch/lunch and dinner like an apple (and at school, just munch on some slices of apples or something like that)or just some carrots or veggies
it will help you from over eating
eat slowly--it takes 20min for your brain to process the food in your body and to know that you're full
idk where you live but where i live, there is a program on 7-8 am in the mornings and it's great workout
walk/jog for 30min everyday or 15min of jumproping
if you commit to healthy eating, exercising 5days a week for 3 weeks, you will see great results
do pilates because walking alone won't lose weight that fast

i say that the breakfast is fine.
for lunch, maybe make some chicken on the grill in the beginning of the week so that you have one piece for each day of the week in the fridge. then every day, you can get some lettuce, cut up a piece of grilled chicken, mix it in with the lettuce and get your favorite dressing in non fat for the side and pour it on when you're ready to eat, and you're ready to go!
it's really good and super easy to make. and you can bring it to school. just put it in a tuperware container in a grocery bag with an ice pack.
granola bars are alright for a snack, but there are these quaker oats rice cakes that are really good and they come in different flavors. you can buy them at a grocery store and they're really good, too.
your workout plan is fine. maybe add something like just dancing around to music or jumproping or jumping jacks to get some cardio which should work and help your core muscles.

As for the exercising...I would say run for a little longer because running focuses on everything and crunches is basically for an area or two.
