My hands keep having this "tingling" sensation several times a day. My dad said it could possibly be from high cholesterol, and/or lack of exercise. Although I exercise often. It may be diet but I am not exactly sure. It even randomly comes up in my hands. It's also pretty annoying. I can run around and it'll act up again. What could be some possible explanations for this? And what could I do to treat it or prevent it?
isis answered Thursday August 10 2006, 6:48 pm: Do you do a lot of typing on a computer? It could be RSI, (Repetitive Strain Injury), Carpel Tunnel Syndrome etc.
If you do type or do anything else that has a repetitive motion both of these are a possible.
You really should see your doctor to get this checked out. There may be another cause but the sooner you are diagnosed the sooner you should hopefully start to recover.
Hope that helps and good luck. [ isis's advice column | Ask isis A Question ]
