there is this guy and we talk online and stuff and we do know each other in person but we've only talked like once in person and i like him but i dont know if he likes me! even tho we flirt!

Oh well, ask him online some questions to get a feel of what he is looking for on a date or as a girlfreind, and if it seems like you would be good, or if he IS describing you 100% than maybe ask him if he'd ever hang out with you, and then if he says yes, than make plans and such.
