FrEe2bMe answered Tuesday August 8 2006, 2:50 pm: Don't force yourself to eat anymore if you aren't hungry. Simple as that. Yes, sometimes your stomach does growl from being hungry, but also it can growl after you eat and it's digesting. Kind of like gas, I guess. Sometimes if you have to use the restroom (number 2) that is your body's way of letting you know. I don't think that there is anything really wrong with you, so it's not something to worry about. If the problem persists or you have other symptoms similar to this, then it could be a stomach/bowel/digestion issue.
