In my community, getting caught for curfew is a whopping 200 dollars.
You also may be put on a "probation" where you cannot be caught breaking another law, even if it is minor. If you do, there might be more money and yes, community service.
However, every community has varying laws about the issue. It also may be online if you check out some of your community online/police resources.
My advice to you: get home before curfew. Because if your parents or you have to pay a handsome fine, I am guessing they will be angry at you!

If you mean a curfew set by a judge the consequences are usually a revoking of your probation / bail. They could also lengthen your community service. It depends on who the judge is and who the police officer is who catches you and what you were doing, if you are out with friends having a pizza after a movie the consequences are very different then if you are smoking a joint in the park.
