everytime i try to put a picture of myself on my site, i cant. it tells me that the file was too big or something... can someone explain to me how i can get a picture on ?

It means that your picture is too big. It has to be no bigger than 15k but it can also be smaller. Go to the file where you keep the photo you want to put and either click edit or paint. You can use the tools to crop uneeded spaces out of the picture.

save it. go to paint. open it. push ctrl and W and then type in like 50 and 50 for the top 2 boxes and push enter.. then if it's still too big do 75 in both those boxes

That "Ctrl A" thing didn't do it to well for me- I was just tryin it to see if it works. Here's what I do. If you ahve yahoo messenger, load the pic you want onto your profile. It resizes it for you and the copy the pic onto your desktop till your ready to use it. Or you could try photobucket.com

Save the picture. Take it into paint and resize it. Resize it by hitting CTRL then the letter a.
That should make a dotted line around the entire picture. Then click in the bottom right hand corner all the way down and resize it by pulling that corner towards the upper left hand corner..it's easier done than trying to explain it. But paint can help you do it. You just need to make the picture smaller.
