please help me im need ummmm i was just wondering if anybody can tell me how to use weight im 5'7 an weight 150... i was wondering is it ok if i go on a crash diet just eating whole grians????

i'm 5'7 & 150 lbs too! I just recently lost some weight though by quitting pretty much all junk foods excet for a sanack here & there. I eat mostly fruits, vegetables, whole grain, & a little less dairy than normal. (IMA MILK FREAK!) & milk can be somewhat fattening if you drink too much.
Anyway, just balance it out & get the nutrients you need. & dont go over 2000 calories per day, unless you're really active... in that case i would suggest 2200.

that sucks because once you go back to regular food you will gain the weight back.. and you cant live off of whole grains you wont get nutrients
try crash dieting on fruits veggies lean meat and whole grains only
that is a much better solution ]
No way!! you need nutrience from all the food groups!!! if your looking to loose weight then you should excercise eat healthy and not too much food. no food after dinner because if you eat you have no way to burn it all off the biggest meal should be breakfast. you might not want to hear this but... loosing weight is a slow proccess. it should take a week or 2 to loose some pounds! Good luck though!! ]
