Do you know any shops that have some jewlry, hair-clips ect. Because whenever I find something I like it is way to expensive, i mean, 16-20 $ for a necklace!?!

Forever 21 has really cute jewlrey and hair clips/headbands alot under $5! you can check it out on Forever21.com

Claires also has tons of cheap jewelry and hair accessories!
