i sometimes dream that i am the opposite sex and i have relations with some of my close friends or family? does this make me sick and abnormal? does this mean i want to be the opposite sex and i have insesst feelings?

Lol no, it doesn't. Sometimes dreams are something that you think about for a second of your time a day and that thing that you thought about ends up in your dreams that night, or atleast that's what happens to me. Your dream doesn't mean that you want to be of the opposite sex, unless you yourself think you do, then your dream was just scrambled up thoughts of your day. Sometimes dreams mean nothing and sometimes they do, it's up to you to figure out what this one meant for you. Hope I helped.
