I play travel basketball and I sprained my foot dancing. The doctor says I wont be able to play basketball for a while. I have a really big tournament coming up and Its a couple of days after my foot should be healed. My question is, should i participate in the tournament or should i lay off and wait until my foot is fully healed? please help!

It depends on if your foot is ready. I would say lay off of it but if you think it is already healed, go for it! If you still dont know, why dont you go to the tournament and play, but if your foot starts hurting, sit out. I found a website how to take care of your foot. I hope I helped and you will feel better! Good luck on the tournament!
