Budgie Circus
Is there a budgie circus? I saw a black and white clip of these budgies carrying Q-tips in their beaks once, a long time ago. I tried to search in Google and came up with The Greatest Ringmaster Norman Barrett? Is the circus in Canada? Details? I would really appreciate any info!! Thanks in advance!
