use a smaller one, the one you're using now is too big. trust me i've done it before, i can relate! ]
if it hurts, its not full
you should use a smaller one, like, obsorbency
say you are using regulars, used juniors(thats what they are called in tampax, i dont know other brands)
or, you might be taking it out too early
you can wear them for up to 8 hours, so if you take it out after 2 and it hurts, that could be why
hope it helped and have a happy period : ) ]
The reason why it hurts when you take it out is because the tampon is to dry, you need to leave it in longer so more blood goes on. it wont hurt as bad. Your pulling at your cervix when its dry thus making it hurt. ]
Maybe you have it in too far?
But if its hurting then you need more blood on it. When its dry it is harder to take out.
One of my friends pee so it will slide out. I dont know if you wanna do that though? hah
Good luck ]
